Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your team name, eFootball username or ID, optional logo, and your match results and stats.
• Your email address, your phone number and your password (stored scrambled, we cannot read it).
• Screenshots you upload of in-game results, and messages you send in tournament chats.
• Payment references from Paystack. We never see or store your card details or M-Pesa PIN.
• Technical error reports (which page, which device) so we can fix bugs.

Why we use it

To run tournaments, show brackets and tables, confirm payments, send prizes and refunds, prevent cheating and fraud, and help you when something goes wrong. If you choose text message alerts, we use your phone number to send them.

Who can see it

• Everyone can see your team name, logo, eFootball ID, trophies and stats, and the results of tournaments you play in.
• Your phone number and email are private. The admin of a tournament you join and the site owner can see your phone number so prizes and refunds can be sent to the right person.
• Chat messages are visible to the players and admins of that tournament, or only to you and your opponent in a match chat.
